Oh lovely...another doujinshi by ERF. Two things you can always count on for their dj's - there will be a lot of text (not so good) and a very very lemony, kinky, and usually funny story. In this book, Kiros isn't feeling so well, and it's up to Laguna to make his friend feel better. In the end, Kiros ends up sharing his fever (heh heh)... and giving Laguna his bug. Poor Laguna!
There are a few assorted panels from the text section. One of them is definitely an illustration for the Fake Mania 4.5 story (read here.) Slog through the babel fish and you'll figure out which one it is. There seems to be a lot of collaboration between the ERF gals and Vanish Nagoya - they draw guest art for one another's books. The pic of Kiros as a Japanese courtesan is one such picture.
